At Spartan Fitness, fat loss is not a trendy new exercise class. Instead it is the result of all of your hard work. The same hard work that unites all of its members. Biggest Loser classes are created to promote fat loss for a period of time, like some crash course. We are encouraged to try our hardest for that period of time. When we are done, we can finally breathe again, and go back to our fatty ways.
Spartan Fitness doesn’t promote that sort of behavior. Instead, we create lifelong habits. If it is fat loss that you are concerned with we provide a greater service that doesn’t end abruptly. Our Personal Training is great for fat loss as there are many Modes of training that will get us to our goals. Our Level 1 Class (Fat Drop) is a beginners course on Fat Loss, we will be educating our members during each class on nutritional information. The class is also an introduction to Metabolic work that advances into the Level 2 and Level 3 classes. All of our Level 2 and 3 classes are highly metabolic and will result in fat loss.
Other Fat Loss Strategies will be offered to our Members including weekly weigh ins, recipes, nutrition consulting, lectures and articles.
