Within our personal training services we provide the greatest amount of customization. Utilizing specificity grants us greater accuracy when programming and training. This is a service that is unique to Spartan Fitness, aimed entirely at creating greater personalization.

We also offer Small Group Sessions and Family Rates which is a great way to get a Personal Training service with friends and or family members. Great for team building! This combines the affordability of classes with the specialization of personal training!

Our Small Group rates are (non-family)-

Double: $100 ($50 per person)

Triple: $135 ($45 per person)

Quad: $160 ($40 per person)

Squad (5): $175 ($35 per person)

For families, we at Spartan Fitness are looking to bring the family together at an affordable rate:

Double: $80 ($40 per person)

Triple: $90 ($30 per person)

Quad: $100 ($25 per person)

Squad: $110 ($22 per person)

For the members looking for a challenging session, we offer another unique service, The Spartan Fitness Challenge. A grueling weekly circuit with posted times on our whiteboard to compete against each other in head to head battle. This is a fun and healthy way for our more competitive members to test themselves.

Our one on one Training allows us to get as customized as possible for the individual. This allows us to focus in on specific needs of each member. We can correct imbalances with greater accuracy. Read more about Corrective Exercise and Pain Free Living.

In the realm of Sports Performance, building an athlete from the ground up with the customization of a Periodization Program is key for success. We Assess and Test the athlete, Correct movement patterns, reduce the likelihood of injury while improving performance through specificity of sport/position/movement demands.
