Performing the movement screen allows us at Spartan Fitness to really understand our clients to the fullest. We promote pain free living and we understand that inflammation is deadly. Our goal is to eliminate your pain and to correct any structural/muscular imbalances they may put you at a risk into the future. We train with a purpose at Spartan Fitness, the goal isn’t to train blindly or to beat ourselves to a pulp. Instead it is to train smart, to be conscious of our bodies and to progress forward.
In the Health field, Disease Prevention is our best strategy at long-term Health. The same is true for Fitness. Injury Prevention and Corrective Strategies are our greatest tool to defending future injuries or illnesses. This is why all members will be evaluated and given the tools and knowledge in order to solidify our health and success.
Each of our members will be evaluated, and given a breakdown of imbalances and exercises/stretches to do at home. Our Training staff understand the importance of a balanced body, and the one-on-one training will be your best bet at fixing any problems. Our Foundations class and Stretch and Roll class will offer a great service for those with imbalances as well.
