Personalization is crucial to Sports Performance. When we combine the tools of Strength and Conditioning with those of Corrective Exercise we are able to develop Athletes that are geared for successful careers. Cross Training classes may be good for a general metabolic conditioning but they aren’t specific enough. We need to understand the movements and metabolic demands of each sport and position for that specific athlete. Build together a Periodization Program that builds the athlete from the ground up. When we bring in Corrective Exercise we can fix limitations of the athlete that may be decreasing Performance capabilities. We also lower the athletes risk for injury on or off the field.
